At the same time, the cost of infrastructure resources, data center power supply, network channels, and cybersecurity services has steadily increased. Requirements for uninterrupted operation, redundancy, and prompt technical support have also grown.
In this regard, we inform you that as of January 1, 2026, a scheduled
indexation of tariffs for cloud video surveillance services will take place.
The cost of services will increase by 15%.
This decision will allow us to continue to:
— ensure stable 24/7 operation of the service;
— maintain a high level of cybersecurity and data protection;
— scale the platform in line with the growth in the number of cameras, video quality, and archive volumes;
— develop new features without interrupting service for clients.
