To get help while working in the system, go from your Personal Cabinet to the section “Help” (i.1, Fig. 7.1). Fig. 7.1 In the section “Help” you can:

• Find the answer to your question on the website in the Question and Answer section. To do this, click on the link “Help” (i.2, Fig. 7.1);
• Ask your question by completing the form (i.3, Fig. 7.1);
